- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not a good property management company. Terrible communication. We are neighbors of one of their properties and our fence was damaged in a recent storm. We contacted them to split the replacement cost but instead they sent a mediocre fence company to do a patch up. Our fence looks terrible, it so bad that they took old (stained) fence from another side and used it on ours. They won't respond to our e-mails and won't follow up with calls like they say the would. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Took $5000 from me and didn't do a damned thing. We're more concerned about how to bill for more hours than solving the problem.
